Day 3 – The Affiliate Power Group Comes Through!

Well, I know I said I would be updating my blog in the evenings but this morning I got a response to my request for feedback and I couldn’t wait. Less than 24 hours after submitting my video for critique on my plans, I get a reply from both Suzanne and Ken (two of the five mentors), and I was thrilled with their feedback and suggestions.

I created a video for the mentors as a way to showcase my ideas and get some feedback. Now to be honest, just creating that video was helpful to me as it forced me to clarify my ideas so they made sense to the team. Reaching that level of clarity open my eyes to new possibilities, and I hadn’t even talked with the mentors yet. I guess this is what you call a “side effect” of having others to correspond with. I didn’t really know what to expect in the way of a response from the team. I was a little nervous as well. Would they shoot my ideas down and tell me to go back to the drawing board? I didn’t know, but I patiently, ok I’m lying, I was not patient, but I did wait.

You know, I can tell that these guys (and gals) have walked the walk and are not just talking the talk. They took my ideas an expanded on them, which made perfect sense and gave me insight that I would have otherwise had to learn from trial and error. Now that’s exactly why I signed up, to get altitude as Eben Pagan calls it. To learn from those who have done it already. Finding this group is a true blessing for me, as I am literally on my last leg, mentally and financially. The $1 trial is great but having to pay only $39 per month for coaching and mentoring, from 5 different people? Who else thinks the price might be going up soon? But I’m locked in right Ken?

In case you missed in a previous post, I have also set a goal of earning $100 per day within the next thirty days. I chose that goal as that’s how much I would need to allow me to work at this fulltime and not have to go back to my day job. If I can focus on my IM business fulltime, I should be at $500 per day in no time, especially with the Affiliate Power Group (APG) behind me. Wish me luck!
